情感态度价值观:让学生通过学唱本课歌曲,增强学生学习的兴趣。
教学重、难点:
1.教学重点:识记cold, hot, tired
2.教学难点:使学生能理解并能口头回答Are you____?及回答Yes/No, I'm____.
教学准备:
录音机和磁带,卡片,衣服。
课程资源:
询问即表达身体感觉的句子
最近天气多变,有的同学感冒了。大家可要小心,别生病了。那么,我们怎么问候生病的好朋友呢?Follow me, please!
1. 询问身体状况可以用 What's the matter? 还可以用 What's wrong?
2. 表达身体感觉。发烧是 have a fever , 牙痛用 have a toothache , 头痛是 have a headache , 感冒用 catch a cold 。 不过要注意,不同的主语,句子有变化哦!例如: I have a fever. (我发烧了。) I catch a cold. (我感冒了。) You have a toothache. (你牙痛。) She has a headache. (她头痛。)He has a fever. (他发烧了。)
3.快乐跟我学
They hurt. (伤口)疼。
Don't worry. 别担心。
Take it easy. 别紧张
How's it going? 怎么样?
How's everything? 一切还好吧?
What's your trouble? 你哪儿不舒服?
What happened to you? 你怎么了?
Your hand feels cold. 你的手摸起来很冷。
He looks very healthy. 他看来很健康。
She's under the weather. 她心情不好。
教学过程:
Step 1: Greeting and Review
(1)利用游戏 Stick on. 复习17课的身体部位,同时活跃课堂气氛。
(将学生分成四至五组,每组选一名模特,其他组员在最短时间内将身体部位的单词小卡片贴在模特上,用时最短者胜利。)
(2)操练How do you feel? I feel____. Are you___? 这样,既复习上节课的内容,又为本节课的学习提前做好准备。
Step 2: New Concept
1.让学生提问教师How do you feel?教师边回答边用体态语帮助学生明白自己的意图,可用情景演示。例如教师急忙跑进教室很热、或是穿得很少、或是扇扇子、生病了很冷。把单词cold, hot, tired呈现给学生,尽量为学生创造真实的语境进行学习,并在出示单词后渗透后面歌词中的短语sit and cry, fan your face, go to sleep, stamp your feet.
2.Drill
(1)歌谣:Hot、hot、hot 、I feel hot;cold 、cold 、cold 、I feel cold;Tired、tired、tired,I feel tired。歌谣节奏明快,学生乐于说唱。
(2)小竞赛:给每组30秒的时间,一生在后取一张感觉的卡片问:How do you feel?(单词卡片包括:happy, sad, cold, hot, tired),一生猜。看哪组在规定时间内猜对的多。
(3)小组内用How do you feel? I feel____.进行对话练习。
3.Play the audiotape as the students follow in their books.
4.小组内用Are you ____? Yes/No, I'm____.进行对话练习。
5.Make up a dialogue in pairs and Present.
Ask the students to find a partner and make up a dialogue based on questions and answers about feelings, including cold, hot and tired.
6.Song: If you're sad and you know it.
这首歌像第17课的那首歌 If you're happy and you know it. 用的调一样只是词不一样。在前面学生已经把歌词中变化的地方练习了,因此在这一环节可以让学生听录音自学这首歌曲。然后让他们和教师一块儿边做动作边唱。
Step 3: Class Closing
课堂练习:
一、根据所学歌曲内容连线(10分)。
